1. Reservation Cancellation
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before pick-up are eligible for a 50% refund of the total rental amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the rental start date are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
2. No-Show Policy
If the customer does not show up on the agreed rental start date and time without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3. Vehicle Returns
Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and condition:
- Early Returns: Returning the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused days.
- Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional charges unless previously arranged with our support team.
- Damage or Violations: In case of damage, accident, or violation of rental terms, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Modifications
Modifications to a confirmed reservation (such as change of dates, vehicle type, or extras) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Please contact our team at info@mykonoselegantcars.com for any changes.
